Change of mind –

The Kite Shop does not offer a refund based on inaccurate choice or simply change of mind.
The Kite Shop is only responsible for products purchased directly from the The Kite Shop website.

Consumer Guarantees –

The change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. Further information is available at https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/repair-replace-refund
To return an item(s), please contact us prior to posting goods, by email – admin@thekiteshop.com.au to obtain return address. When returning goods include a copy of the invoice or packaging slip that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return.
We will credit you via your original method of payment.
Exchanges are processed within 7 days of receipt. The product does need to undergo a quality check and then your exchange will be processed. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.
Goods returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable time frame (14 days from purchase) subject to proof of purchase. All items must be physically returned via mail to be processed as a return.
